Four-cheese ravioli (Ricotta, Provolone, Mozzarella and Parmesan) wrapped in tender egg pasta, smothered in a velvety roasted red pepper gouda sauce with a whisper of white wine. Finished with a bubbly mozzarella and smoked gouda on top. Elevate this with a side of crisp greens or fresh vegetables.  Oven: 30 - 35 minutes thawed.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, replace lid with foil, add 10 to15 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350°. Replace lid with foil.  Place pan on baking sheet. Bake covered 30 minutes. Uncover pan, bake additional 5-10 minutes or until hot and bubbly on edges and cheese is slightly golden.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
