Beef tips are rubbed with a blackened Cajun seasoning, given a quick pan sauté, and then topped with our made-from-scratch Bleu Cheese Thyme Butter. Yummy! Stovetop: 10-15 minutes.


Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick coating or add 2 tablespoons of oil. While tips are still in bag, massage with hands to thoroughly coat tips with blackening seasoning. Add beef to skillet and cook 5-10 minutes, stirring in pan to make sure the beef is done on each side, or until internal temperature reads 145F on an instant read thermometer. DO NOT OVER COOK OR TIPS WILL BECOME TOUGH. Place on serving platter and top with slices of compound butter to taste.
