Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, bake covered 15-20 minutes before proceeding with uncovered baking time.  


Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center of pudding is set and top is golden brown. Place butter sauce in small saucepan over low heat; whisk until sauce is warm.  Serve sauce poured over warm bread pudding.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
