This apple French toast recipe has all those warm flavors of fall that we crave! It is prepared with a layer of caramelized apples and sweet, spiced cream cheese nestled among bread cubes. Topped with a sprinle of toffee and chocolate bits. Breakfast or dessert? You make the call! Oven: 50 minutes if thawed, 65-70 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, bake covered 15-20 minutes before proceeding with uncovered baking time.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet. Bake uncovered 40 minutes (50-60 minutes for 9x13 pan) OR until puffy and golden and middle of French Toast is set. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
