A decadent twist on a classic comfort dessert. Tender roasted apples and warm, aromatic spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg are baked into a soft, custardy bread pudding. It's finished with just the right amount of a rich, velvety salted caramel sauce when every spoonful is pure bliss.  Oven: 50-55 minutes thawed.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, replace lid with foil. Bake covered 15-18 minutes before proceeding with uncovered baking time.  

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes or until center of pudding is set and top is golden brown. Knife inserted into the middle should come out clean. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Sauce: Place the bag of sauce in warm water for 5-10 minutes. Use scissors to snip off one of the bottom corners. Drizzle sauce over bread pudding. Serve warm.

 

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
