Description:Chicken breasts marinated in olive oil and oregano (add garlic if you wish). Cook in a skillet or grill outside and serve with our fabulous new Greek-style salad. Slice leftover chicken for hearty sandwiches. Grill - 8-10 minutes if thawed, or Skillet - 18 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking and serving as directed above.
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill. Remove chicken from bag and cook 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken is completely done. Stovetop: Heat large skillet over medium heat and add contents of chicken bag. Cover skillet and cook chicken 10 minutes on first side; turn chicken pieces and cook another 5-8 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked (165F on an instant read thermometer). Salad: Empty salad into serving bowl. Serve salad chilled, topped with sliced chicken.
