Description:Chicken breasts marinate in tarragon and orange juice – a perfect blend for chicken. You can grill the chicken or cook it on the stovetop. Either way is quick and easy. Serve with our herbed noodles. Grill or Stovetop – 12-15 minutes if thawed, 15-20 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If chicken is frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and pour marinade into small saucepan. Simmer until hot and bubbly. Place chicken on grill and cook 6-7 minutes on each side or until done (165F on instant read thermometer), brushing often with the cooked marinade. Stovetop: Add chicken with marinade to pre-heated skillet and cook over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes on each side or until done (165F on instant read thermometer). Noodles: Bring 8 cups water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 4-8 minutes until noodles are tender. Drain noodles and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, if desired, to prevent sticking. Slice chicken into thin strips, drizzle with cooked marinade, and serve over cooked noodles.
