Description:Thinly sliced, tender, lean beef tossed with fresh broccoli florets. Give this a quick stir-fry in our fabulous teriyaki sauce. Skillet - 15 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet over high heat. Add beef and broccoli mixture; use a spoon to distribute beef evenly over hot surface. Cook 5 minutes. Stir well once and cook another 5 minutes or until beef is done (160F on an instant read thermometer). Do not overcook or beef will be chewy. Remove beef and broccoli from pan using a slotted spoon and keep warm on serving platter. Boil sauce in pan a few minutes or until reduced to desired thickness; pour over beef and broccoli.
