Grill or Stovetop – 15-20 minutes if thawed, 20-25 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and discard bag. Grill chicken 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Place contents of sauce bag in saucepan and cook until hot and bubbly. Serve sauce over chicken. Stovetop: Preheat skillet over medium heat; add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or spray pan with non-stick coating. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side or until browned and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Add contents of sauce bag to chicken in skillet, and cook until hot and bubbly.
