Cooking Instructions: Slow Cooker: Place contents of bag in slow cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hours (3 hours for Regular entree). Stovetop: Heat large cooking pot or Dutch oven over medium heat and add contents of bag. Cover and simmer 2-2½ hours (1½ hours for Regular entree) or until roast is very tender and internal temperature of pork is 160F on instant read thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 325F. Place contents of bag in oven-proof roaster. Cover and bake 2-2½ hours or until tender and internal temperature of pork is 160F on instant read thermometer. Slice pork and serve with sauce poured over top. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
