Cheesy Ham and Potato Bake

Description:

Delicious combination of cheesy potatoes and ham bound by an egg filling. It is made perfect with a crushed butter cracker topping.  Whether you serve it for brunch or on its own for a cozy dinner, this potato casserole is one easy meal that your entire family will devour! Oven – 35-45 minutes if thawed, 45-55 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes uncovered baking time.   Defrost bag of egg mixture and bag of cheese in microwave in 10 second intervals, being careful not to cook eggs or melt cheese.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 325F.  Remove lid, and remove both bags from pan.  Remove and discard deli paper.  Place pan on baking sheet.  Pour eggs over layered mixture in pan; sprinkle mixture evenly with shredded cheeses.  Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes (30-35 minutes for Regular entrée) or until center is set and cheese is melted.  Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

 

Suggested Sides:  Top with salsa, if desired, and serve with fresh fruit.
