Strata Florentine

Description:

This breakfast treat is also delightful for lunch or dinner.  We’ve combined all the flavors of Eggs Benedict Florentine, plus crumbled sausage and mozzarella cheese.  Oven – 50-55 minutes if thawed, 1 hour 10 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove lid and place pan on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes (30-35 minutes for regular entrée) or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.  Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

 

Suggested Sides:  Fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls
