Potato-Crusted Tilapia

Description:

Become an expert at serving fish with this no-fail dish.  Mild white tilapia fillets are topped with a thick, crunchy potato crust and a touch of Parmesan cheese.  The fish bakes up moist, and you’ll field requests for seconds.  Oven - 25 minutes if thawed, 30 minutes if frozen.

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, add 10 minutes baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Spray a baking sheet with non-stick coating.  Remove fish from pan and place on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
