Pineapple Marinated Salmon

Description:

Beautiful salmon filets are accented with a yummy sweet-savory pineapple sauce, making this entrée both flavorful and elegant at the same time. You'll be proud to serve this to dinner guests, yet it's easy enough for a special home supper.  Oven: 20 minutes, 30 minutes if frozen.

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen add 8 - 10 minutes cooking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven 350F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
