Corn and Poblano Chicken Lasagna

Description:

This creamy chicken lasagna is a creative new take on the traditional dish.  The mild poblano pepper in the sauce adds flavor and depth.  Topped with Monterey Jack cheese.  Oven – 35-45 minutes if thawed, 50–55 minutes if frozen.

Preparation: Thaw completely in refrigerator.  If dish is frozen or partially frozen, add 20 to 30 minutes to the baking time.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375ºF. Remove lid and replace with foil, bake covered 35 minutes or until center is hot and bubbly (50 minutes for full size).  Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
