Salsa Verde Chicken Enchilada Bake

Description:

The salsa verde in this recipe adds the bright flavors of tomatillo and lime.  It makes this cheesy enchilada bake stand out from the rest! Oven – 35-40 minutes if thawed, 50-60 minutes if frozen.

 

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, replace lid with foil. Add 20-25 minutes covered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered with foil 35-40 minutes (45-50 minutes for full size). Remove foil and bake 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
