Transfer pork to a cutting board and tent with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill tenderloin 20-30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until internal temperature is 150F on instant read thermometer. Serve cherry sauce in room temperature with cooked tenderloin.
