A hearty beef stew with a South American touch of sausage, black beans, and orange. Perfect for tailgating.
Heat large sauce pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove from pan. Add sausage and cook until browned. Drain oil from pan. Return beef to pan. Add contents of stew bag to same pan. Add 3 cups water (1 ½ cups for regular entrée). Stir to combine ingredients. Cover, reduce heat to medium low, and simmer for 1 - 1 ½ hours, until beef is tender.
