Description:All natural, lean ground turkey burgers are handcrafted with onions, peppers, mushrooms and spices. Top them with Provolone cheese and French’s fried onions for your own slice of Philly in your back yard. Grill or stovetop: 15-20 minutes if thawed.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, remove burgers from pan and place on microwaveable dish to defrost in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook patties 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 165F on an instant read thermometer. Time may vary due to differences in equipment. Grill: Heat grill on medium high. Cook burgers 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 165F on instant read thermometer. Toppings: Add a slice of provolone cheese and even amount of fried onions on top of each burger for the last minute of cooking.
