Coconut Crusted Tilapia

Description:

Golden-fried and flaky tilapia is accented with sweet coconut and served with a tasty sauce. This entrée will have you wishing summer would last all year. Stovetop: 15-20 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If tilapia is frozen or partially frozen, add 5-10 minutes baking time. If sauce is frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Heat large skillet on medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons cooking oil. Cook filets 8-12 minutes, turning once, until golden and flaky. Sauce: Stir and serve at room temperature with tilapia.
