Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, until liquid is reduced by half (about 35-40 minutes) stirring occasionally. Pork Chops Grill: Preheat grill. Grill or broil 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Stovetop: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add pork chops and cook 8-10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer.
