Description:Flaky mild tilapia is topped with a mixture of herbs and our delicious Asian marinade. This entrée is full of flavor but low in calories. Paired with green beans for a low carb and delicious dinner. Oven: 25 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw fish completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10 minutes cooking time. Keep green beans frozen until ready to use.
Cooking Instructions: Fish: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove lid and cover with piece of foil. Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Green Beans: Place green beans in microwaveable container; add 1 tablespoons water and portion cup of sauce. Cover and heat in microwave 3-4 minute or until hot.
