Description:

Inspired by Judie's cooking-class days at Martha Stewart's home. Juicy chicken breasts surrounded by a luscious blend of celery, onions, apples, almonds, and more, marinating in spices and herbs. Your family will think you are a gourmet cook! Oven: 45 minutes if thawed, 60 minutes if frozen

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 20-30 minutes covered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake covered 45 minutes (35 minutes for regular entrée), or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
