Description:A hearty chicken soup that is filled with diced chicken, white beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, onions, carrots, zucchini and couscous. The mild spice blend of coriander, cinnamon and cardamom adds depth, complexity and an exotic touch. Stovetop: 20-25 minutes, thawed.
Cooking InstructionsPreparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking on stovetop.
Cooking Instructions: Empty bag of beans/chicken in a saucepan. Add 3 cups water (1½ cups for regular size). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat immediately. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Add bag of zucchini/couscous to pan. Simmer for about 3 minutes or until cooked through. Serve immediately. ½ cup of water and ½ cup chicken broth can be added to thin out soup if desired.
Suggested Sides: Serve warm with pita chips or warmed naan
