Shrimp and Crab Bruschetta

Description:

Shrimp, Snow Crabmeat, and Swiss cheese atop slices of French baguette. Serve for supper or slice into smaller portions to use as an appetizer. Oven: 25 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, remove cakes from pan and defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or crab meat will become tough.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove bruschetta from bag and deli paper and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Then slice into desired portions. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.

 

Suggested Sides:  Tossed green salad, tomato soup. Or cut into smaller wedges and serve as appetizer.
