Description:Tender chicken breasts are lightly seasoned, sautéed to perfection and covered with a delicious cream sauce of artichoke hearts and asparagus accented with mustard and dill. Stovetop: 20 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave. Do not over-microwave, or chicken will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Spray a large skillet with non-stick coating. Sauté chicken breasts over medium-high heat 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove chicken to serving platter; cover to keep warm. Add contents of sauce bag to same skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to pan and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken reaches 165F on instant read thermometer.
