Cooking InstructionsPreparation: Thaw completely. If shrimp is frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or shrimp will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Shrimp: Spray medium skillet with non stick coating or add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook, stirring frequently, 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are pink throughout. Add sauce and cook for 1 minute. Do not over-cook or shrimp will be tough. Linguine: In large saucepan, bring 2 quarts water and 1 teaspoon salt (if desired) to a boil. Add linguine and boil 6-8 minutes or until tender. Drain pasta and place on platter. Top with shrimp and sauce.
