Black Jack Burgers with Rémoulade Sauce

Description:

A special blend of barbecue rub gives these burgers a great flavor. The lively taste of rémoulade sauce adds a perfect finishing touch. Give it a quick grill outdoors or in a skillet on the stovetop (or in a counter-top grill machine). Grill or stovetop - 16-20 minutes if thawed.

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill or Stovetop: Preheat grill or skillet to medium high. Cook burgers 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature of burger reads 160F on instant read thermometer.  Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Place pan on baking sheet. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers reads 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Sauce: Knead the sauce bag a few times to mix the sauce well. Serve sauce with burgers.

 

Suggested Sides:  Kaiser Buns, sliced tomatoes and lettuce
