Baked Salmon with Pesto Panko Crumbs

Description:

Salmon fillets are lightly coated in dijon mustard, breaded with nutty pesto, seasoning and Japanese panko crumbs.  Baked to perfection.

Cooking Instructions

Oven:  Preheat oven to 400F.  Remove lid.  Place pan on baking sheet.  Bake uncovered 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.  Tent loosely with foil if topping turns brown before fish is done.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
