Greek Meatloaf

Description:

A Mediterranean twist on an American classic. This meatloaf is loaded with herbs, tomatoes, fresh spinach and feta cheese. It's then topped with a tomato sauce to complete the dish. Oven: 1 hour and 30 minutes if thawed, 2 hours if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 20-30 minutes baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid from pan. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 1 hour (check regular entrée after 45 minutes) or until internal temperature is 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
