Tuscan Tilapia

Description:

Flaky tilapia fillets lay on a bed of rice and are kissed by the sunny flavors of Tuscany. Diced tomatoes, roasted garlic, black olives and basil envelop this fish for a flavorful international dinner. Topped with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Oven: 30 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes of covered cooking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350°. Place pan on baking sheet and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes (20 minutes for regular entrée) or until fish is flaky and white throughout. If cheese begins to brown too soon, cover loosely with foil. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
