Description:A flavorful and spicy explosion of shrimp, corn, and herbs, sauteed together and served over rice. What could be better! Stovetop: 7 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave.
Cooking Instructions: Spray a large skillet with non-stick coating or heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp mixture and sauté until shrimp begin to turn pink - approximately 4 minutes. Add Cilantro Pesto sauce and cook 2-3 more minutes, stirring frequently. Do not over cook or shrimp will be tough. Serve immediately over cooked rice. Rice: Place rice in microwaveable container; add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular order). Cover and heat in microwave 1 minute or until hot.
