Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick coating. Remove chicken from pan, place on baking sheet. Drizzle each chicken with 1 teaspoon olive oil and bake 20 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 20 minutes or until brown and crispy and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Stovetop: Heat large skillet on medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons cooking oil. Cook chicken 15-20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is brown on both sides and internal temperature is 165F on instant read thermometer. Sauce: Pour bag of Buffalo Sauce into small saucepan; bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook 5 minutes until warmed through. Brush warm Buffalo Sauce over cooked chicken breasts. Blue Cheese Sauce: Allow to come to room temperature, stir, and serve with chicken.
