Cooking Instructions: Chicken: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil (1 tablespoon for half-entrée). Add chicken in a single layer and cook 6 - 8 minutes until golden brown, turning once. Reduce heat to medium and add the gravy. Cover and cook 8 - 10 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165F on an instant read thermometer. Potatoes: Place mashed potatoes in microwaveable container. Cover and heat in microwave 2-3 minutes. Remove from microwave, redistribute potatoes, then microwave until potatoes are hot.
