Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10 minutes baking time.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove brie and portion cup from pan. Spray a small area on a baking sheet with non-stick coating. Place brie wheel on sprayed area seam side down. Bake uncovered 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Place apricot preserves in center on top of puff pastry. Bake 10 minutes or until pastry is golden and apricot preserves are hot and gooey. Allow brie to sit 3 minutes before serving. Serve with assorted crackers. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
