Chicken Wellington

Description:

Boneless chicken breasts are topped with a creamy mushroom and Swiss cheese mixture; then wrapped in flaky puff pastry. Baked till golden brown and delicious, each person gets their own little present at dinner. Oven: 40 minutes if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 10-15 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 375F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick coating. Remove pastries from pan and place on baking sheet. Bake uncovered 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. For a crisper crust, brush each pastry lightly with beaten egg before baking. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
