Holiday Pork Roast

Description:

You will love this pork roast for your next family dinner. The roast is stuffed with cranberries, fresh cilantro, and Monterey Jack cheese, and then baked in a delicious fruit sauce. Oven: 75 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 20-25 minutes covered baking time before proceeding with uncovered baking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes (1 hour for regular entrees) or until pork roast reaches an internal temperature of 160F on an instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
