Cooking Instructions

Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

Cooking Instructions:  Slow Cooker: Preheat a skillet to medium high heat. Spray with non-stick coating. Remove ribs from bag, reserving marinade. Brown ribs, meaty side down, about 5 minutes. Transfer ribs to slow cooker, pour marinade over ribs. Cook on low for 7-8 hours until fork-tender. Oven: Preheat oven to 275F. Place ribs and marinade in roasting pan or stoneware. Cover and bake for 2½ hour. Remove from oven. Uncover, turn ribs over, meaty side up. Turn on oven broiler. When ready, place pan back in oven and broil ribs for 8-10 minutes or until ribs are golden brown. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Serve small amount of marinade over ribs.
