Mahogany Glazed Salmon

Description:

A sweet glaze made with orange marmalade, soy sauce, ginger and garlic is the perfect complement to delicious salmon filets. Oven: 12 minutes if thawed, 15-20 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave, or fish will overcook.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill or Stovetop: Preheat grill or large skillet to medium-high heat. Remove salmon from marinade. Save marinade. Cook salmon on grill or in hot skillet 5-8 minutes on each side or until fish is flaky. Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a baking dish with non stick spray. Remove salmon from marinade. Save marinade. Place salmon in baking dish and brush 2 tablespoons marinade over each filet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens. Marinade: Pour marinade into small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Drizzle simmered marinade over salmon, if desired.
