Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen, defrost slightly in microwave until potatoes can be separated; add 5-8 minutes baking time or until potatoes are done.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F. Spray baking sheet with non-stick coating. Remove potatoes from bag and place on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 40-45 minutes, stirring twice during baking time to turn potatoes.
