Grilled Blackened Salmon with Citrus Chive Sauce

Description:

Tasty salmon fillets are coated in a traditional blackened seasoning. Not too spicy, but full of flavor. Perfect for the grill. Serve with our refreshing Citrus Chive Sauce (provided). Grill or Stovetop: 6-10 minutes if thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave or fish will become tough. Remove Citrus Chive Sauce from refrigerator.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill or Stovetop:  Pre-heat grill to medium high heat. Remove salmon from bag and paper. Grill salmon filets 3-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 140°. Stovetop: Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick coating and place over medium-high heat. Cook salmon filets 3-5 minutes per side, or fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with refrigerated Citrus Chive Sauce.

 

Suggested Sides:  Mixed green salad with diced cucumber, multi-grain rolls.
