Cooking InstructionsPreparation: Thaw completely. If frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave or fish will become tough. Remove Citrus Chive Sauce from refrigerator.

Stovetop: Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick coating and place over medium-high heat. Cook salmon filets 3-5 minutes per side, or fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with refrigerated Citrus Chive Sauce.
