Korean Barbecue Baby Back Ribs

Description:

These sweet, juicy and tender baby back ribs will bring you rave reviews. Marinated in our special recipe of soy, sugar, garlic, ginger and much more. Truly outstanding! Grill outside or broil in the oven - 10-15 minutes on each side.

Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Grill or Broiler:  Preheat grill to medium heat, or preheat oven broiler. Remove ribs from bag, saving the marinade.  If broiling, place ribs on baking sheet. Cook ribs 10-15 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, or until done (160F on instant read thermometer). Sauce: Empty marinade into small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer until ribs are done.  Serve small amount of marinade over ribs.  Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens or grills.
