Grilled Jerk Chicken with Jamaican Pineapple Rice

Description:

Tender chicken breasts are coated in our special jerk blend and grilled to juicy perfection.  They are served with our blend of rice pilaf, pineapple and bright green peas.  This colorful and delicious meal is packed with flavor and will please every member of the family.  Grill or Stovetop:  30 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely.  If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in the microwave. 

 

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat grill or oven broiler. Remove chicken from bag discarding any liquid. Grill or broil chicken 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until internal temperature reads 165ºF. Meanwhile, preheat skillet, medium high. Add a tablespoon of oil, sauté the rice for about 5-7 minutes or until warm. If desired, place rice in microwave safe bowl.  Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for Regular entree), cover and cook for 1 minute or until heated through.  Cooking time may vary due to differences in ovens.
