Pork Chops with Spicy Orange Glaze

Description:

Lean, meaty pork chops are succulent and juicy in our delicious orange glaze. A hint of garlic and cumin add an extra depth to the sauce and make this an entrée fit for either a company dinner or cozy family meal. Just a few minutes on the stovetop for the tender chops, and a few extra minutes to thicken the glorious glaze. Stovetop - 20 minutes, 25 minutes if frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen add 5 minutes cooking time.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Heat a medium skillet on medium high heat and add two tablespoons olive oil. Place chops, seasoned side down, in skillet and cook without moving, 5 minutes or until browned. Turn chops and reduce heat to low. Add contents of sauce bag, cover, and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until chops read 165F on an instant read thermometer. Transfer chops to platter, tent with foil and let rest while making sauce. Increase heat to medium. Cook sauce 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork chops and serve.
