Description:Ham and Cheddar cheese are baked in this deep-dish quiche of a casserole. Cut into big, melted cheesy pieces and serve with fresh fruit. Great for breakfast, or serve with a green salad for a brunch or lunch. Oven - 1 hour 15 minutes if thawed, 1 hour 35 minutes if frozen.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, add 15-20 minutes baking time. Defrost bag of egg mixture in microwave in 10 second intervals, being careful not to cook egg.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325F. Remove lid, and remove bag and paper from pan. Discard paper. Pour egg mixture evenly over ham and cheese. Place pan on baking sheet and bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes (45 minutes to 1 hour for half pan) or until internal temperature reaches 160F on an instant read thermometer. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens.
