Italian Tortellini and Bean Soup

Description:

This traditional Italian dish is sure to be a family favorite. A soup of cheese tortellini, cannellini beans, tomato, onion, carrots, white wine, and thyme will warm the stomach and the taste buds. Stovetop: 20 - 25 minutes thawed, 30 minutes frozen.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen defrost in microwave.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Place soup mixture in a large sauce pan; add 6 cups of water (3 cups for Regular entrée). On medium high heat, bring soup to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, add tortellini, and simmer 10 - 15 minutes.
