Stroganoff Steaks with Noodles

Description:

On those nights when you crave comfort food and you want to comfort the ones you love, pull out this outstanding rendition of the Russian classic. Our beef is covered with a rich, creamy mushroom sauce, which perfectly coats the included noodles. Stovetop: 60 minutes, thawed.

Cooking Instructions

Preparation:  Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen defrost meat and sauce in microwave.

 

Cooking Instructions:  Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and bag of meat to skillet. Cook 5 to 8 minutes browning meat on all sides. Reduce heat to low, pour sauce over the meat, cover and cook 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream.  Noodles: In medium saucepan, bring 8 cups water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 8 -10 minutes or until tender. Drain noodles and serve with Stroganoff.
