Oven: 30 minutes.
Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before shaping into burgers.
Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a baking sheet with non stick coating and place burgers on sheet. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until internal temperature of burgers reads 160F on instant read thermometer. Cooking time may vary due to differences in ovens. Grill or Stovetop: Preheat grill or skillet to medium high. Cook burgers 8 - 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature of burgers reads 160F on instant read thermometer.
