Curried Chicken and Rice Salad

Description:

You will treasure this dish for its flavor, nutrition and versatility.  Chicken is mixed with fluffy cooked rice, diced bell peppers, raisins and Cheddar cheese and gently tossed with a tangy, slightly spicy dressing. You can serve the salad cold or warm — whichever suits your menu and mood. If serving cold — just thaw. If serving hot — oven, 20 minutes thawed

Preparation:  Thaw completely.

  

Cooking Instructions:  Cold:  Stir in Cheddar cheese and serve as a cold salad.  Hot:  Preheat oven to 350F.  Remove cover and place pan on baking sheet.  Bake 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.  (Regular order bake 12 – 15 minutes).
