Cooking InstructionsPreparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost slightly in microwave before cooking. Do not over-microwave or meat will become tough.
Cooking Instructions: Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Place contents of chicken bag in skillet. Stir-fry 2 minutes (1-2 minutes for regular entrée), then stir in bag of vegetables and cook 3-5 minutes. Add contents of sauce bag, stir to coat vegetables and stir-fry 2-5 minutes. Vegetables should be crisp-tender. Meanwhile, add bag of rice and 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for regular entrée) to microwaveable bowl. Cover and heat in microwave for 1 minute or until hot. Serve stir-fry over rice, topped with peanuts.
